You can tell this restaurant takes pride in their food and it shows in their dishes. I loved the eggplant Parmesan and gnocchi. The dessert was also great. The hardest part of eating here is that they are only open for lunch and since they are a smaller, more intimate store it can take a bit to be seated if you’re waiting in line (the first time took about 30 minutes, the second we we had no wait).

Wow! What a delightful surprise in the heart of a bustling area. This restaurant is only accessible by ringing a doorbell and has less than 10 tables! The food was spectacularly presented and incredibly fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Just amazing 😍 I came here on recommendation of someone who's opinion I cherish and he was so right, it exceeded expectations including on the occasion I visited, it was relatively quiet which made it even more special for me.. but I've been told it's hard to get a table at times so do your best to get there early and/or be prepared to wait but be sure it's soooooooooooooooooooo worth it!!!!

Absolutely delicious, best food we’ve had in Rome so far, reasonably priced and piping hot, we got there as soon as it opened because it’s a small, cozy establishment with minimal seating but we would of waited if needed because if was THAT good.

Charming fun little bistrot close to St. Peter’s Basilica. We randomly happened to fall upon this place on a rainy early afternoon, you ring the door bell to enter. It was a perfect lunch! Highly recommend the lasagna (perffeto!) and the truffle Carpaccio was FANTASTICO!

Small restaurant with a short menu of Roman favorites, done really well. My Tonnarelli alla Grecia was packed with crispy bacon and was creamy and perfect, as was my partners Cacio e Pepe. Our friend's Lasagna was substantial, and gooey, and the Eggplant Parmesan was crispy brown and cheesy. Intimate space, very friendly service.

A chic, family-run bistro brimming with Roman soul. The tonnarelli alla Gricia, lasagna, and tiramisu shine—full of flavour, authenticity, and perfectly executed. The space is cozy and service is wonderfully attentive. Great food and ambiance without a hefty price tag, but seats are limited. A true Roman treasure.

Amazing and unique experience!! It’s a bit of an adventure to find the place and once you do, the door is closed!! Ring the bell and be welcomed in to a wonderful Italian culinary experience. Visited AGAIN; Every single meal here is an absolute home run! If you’re fortunate to get in you’ll remember the occasion.

Although we waited for 25mins because there are 5 of us, it was totally worth it. Family-run business but the food tastes even better than some Michelin-star food. Price-quality ratio is very good and we even ask if we can dine for dinner again. We spent 120 euros for 4 appetizers 4 mains, 1 wine and beers. If I ever come back to Rome this will be my first stop to quench my thirst for authentic Italian food ❤️

Awesome bistrot with a very cozy atmosphere inside. We only had to wait 5min before being sited which was totally worth it. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the wine was really good too. Coût 30€ per person for a 2 dish lunch.
